The Story Behind The Beds

In January of 2000 we purchased these beds for a tanning salon in our video store at the time, we originally purchased a total of 5 beds which these 3 are the only ones left for sale.

If you are looking for newer beds and don't care about how many hours are on them, then move on this is not for you. On the other hand if you judge beds by the amount of actual usage, then this deal is possibly for you.

First I would like to state the hours on these beds for their total use we got out of them is less than an average salon in the city would put on a bed in a complete year.

The problem was we had a huge adult department in our video store and putting the tanning salon in, well let's just say Adult Store and Tanning Salons don't go together. The tanning salon never did the numbers it should of, hence the unbelievable low hours on the beds.

In May 2006 the tanning beds went through a major tune up, all tubes and starters where replaced, below you will find images of the beds with the details of each bed and what was done to it the last time is was used. We had plans to move the beds to our new location, but when the time came we couldn't relocate the tanning salon when we moved our store in December of 2006. The beds where removed from the old store's location in November 2006 and put in storage. They have been sitting in dry storage since November 2006.

You will not find tanning beds in this kind of condition at this price anywhere, I've had over 17 years experience with tanning beds and I have personally taken care of these beds and all of them are in absolutely perfect condition. Nothing is broken, or doesn't work, they are all made of high quality aluminum, there is no cheap plastic to break or discolour.

The tanning beds where manufactured by Bronze Max (Purchased by Uvalux) in Montreal, Quebec, very similar to Royal Sun distributed by Silver Solarium in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. All the parts used in these beds are industry standard generic and can be obtained from most tanning distributors i.e. Silver Solarium in Toronto.

When we bought these beds I went to the factory directly and had additional cooling fans installed in the beds along with 10 inch and 12 inch top and bottom ducts installed to vent the hot air out of the tanning booth. These beds are truly no sweat tanning, and are made to accommodate serious heat removal from your salon or in the winter redirect the heat from the beds into your salon for free heating.

Bed Hours Since Tune-up:
Only 127 Sessions (27 hours) on bed since May 2006 to November 2006 then the bed went into storage when we moved our store.

Size: 52 inches wide by 88 inches long.

This bed is ready to make money, it is in perfect condition and and considering that it only has 27 hours of use on the tubes there is over 600 hours of top quality tanning left on the tubes before you should replace them.

Only 113 Sessions (30 hours) on bed since May 2006 to November 2006 then the bed went into storage when we moved our store.

This bed is ready to make money, it is in perfect condition and and considering that it only has 30 hours of use on the tubes there is over 600 hours of top quality tanning left on the tubes before you should replace them.
