Prepaid Pick-Up Orders
	Store pick-up orders are verified and processed by the retail store during business hours. Once your order is ready, you will receive a store pick-up notification e-mail. Depending on the time the order is placed, you should receive this e-mail within 12-24 hours.
Placing a Pre-paid Store Pick-up Order
	Sorry to due to Credit Card Company policies we don't offer pick-up of web site paid orders. All paid web site orders must be ship to the Credit Card holders statement address. All product offered on the website is available in our retail store for purchase during normal retail store hours.
Out of Stock Items
	Items that are out of stock at the retail stores can be backordered for pick-up only. Because of the nature of our products we sell we don't give 'Expected In- Store Dates'. If a date is available, we will contact you and let you know via email when you can pick it up approximately. Don't send anyone to pick-up your order until you get an confirmation email that we actually have the product in the store waiting for you. Delays in shipping happen to everyone, and we are no different.
