pledge you the best service we can
provide and personal attention for
every order you place. We will
always try our best to give you the
fastest delivery possible and the
best values.
If,
for any reason, you are not
completely satisfied, just return
your purchase within 30 days of
shipping date by ground mail or
service of your choice, we strongly
recommend insurance on your return
shipment. You can choose to either
exchange the product or receive a
complete refund (not including
shipping charges).
- Personalized items
such as customized jerseys and
special orders are not eligible for
exchange or refund.

Eligible merchandise may be returned
for
exchange or refund within 30 days
of purchase. Items intended for gift
giving should be identified as such
at the time of order placement in
the special comments on the check
out page and arrangements for their
return completed promptly after the
appointed date.
- Gift Certificates are not
refundable but may be transferred to
another recipient or used as a
credit by the original purchaser.
- Exchanges i.e. wrong size doesn't
fit, you will be credited the
purchase amount not including the
shipping charge, You will have to
reorder it on the web site in the
correct size as a new order.
- Defective merchandise may be
subject to inspection by a factory
representative prior to replacement
or refund.
- Clothing cannot be laundered
and collector figurines must remain
unopened.
- DVDs & Music CDs
returned for a refund must be
unopened and still have the factory
security seal still in place.
- Defective DVDs & Music CDs
will be replaced with the exact same
title, sorry no refunds on digital
products or exchanges for different
titles. |

Damaged
Packages |

Please make sure
that you sign for the package as
damaged, this makes it much easier
for us to make a claim at our end.
We take great care in packaging and
shipping your order, but sometimes
accidents happen between our
warehouse and your address. If your
package is damaged in any way, call
1-888-345-5521 / 613-432-8967 or
email immediately after you
receive it and tell us about it.
Do not return
the package without contacting us
first, and hang on to all the
packaging. Our customer service
department staff will give you the
necessary instructions for its
return and prompt replacement.

All returns must be
authorized.
Please
email or call the Customer
Service Monday to Friday at
1-888-345-5521 or 1-613-432-8967
from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm (Eastern
Time) for
instructions and
a
return authorization number
prior to return of any merchandise
or initiation of any claim
Return shipping costs
will be refunded for those items
determined to have a manufactured
defect or caused by a verifiable
error in the processing and/or
handling of your order. Any such
refund will not exceed the amount
charged by Moviemat.com for the
original shipment of the item. All
other requests for exchange will be
subject to our minimum shipping and
handling charge.
If
you would like to return the item(s)
by (prepaid) mail or delivery
service of your choice, please
include a short note on the back of
the packing slip/invoice that was included
with your order (it makes it a lot
easier to figure what you are
returning and who you are). A
brief description of how you wish
your return to be resolved helps to
speed up the process in resolving
your return. A daytime phone number
is always appreciated.
If
your packing slip has gone missing,
include a short note with your
customer number and/or complete
mailing address and order number.
State if you would prefer a refund
or an exchange, as this will help
our Returns Department immensely.
Please allow
approximately 2 weeks transit time
prior to checking on the status of
your returning shipment. Returning merchandise
must be new and in re-stock able
condition and include any factory
packaging and hang tag literature. Re-wrap merchandise
carefully and remember to display
the return authorization number
prominently on the package exterior.
We strongly recommend
you purchase shipping insurance when
returning your products in the event
they get lost, until we receive the
product back we can not refund any
amount of the purchase price.
Moviemat.com & NascarNorth.ca will
not be responsible for any returning
shipment that is lost or damaged in
transit. Any such claim should be
directed to the carrier that was
entrusted with the return of your
package, this is why we strongly
recommend shipping insurance.
If shipping from
outside of Canada, please describe
contents as "Canadian Goods Being
Returned".
Returning merchandise
from the U.S. must travel
exclusively by USPS (United
States Postal Service). Do not
attempt to ship by any "ground
service" provided by UPS or FEDEX.
Such shipments would be subject to
duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees.
Returning packages subject to
brokerage or duty will be refused
and you will not get a
refund/credit.

carry the same guarantee and return
policy as Moviemat.
Returning an item
purchased from a
Associated Seller requires you
to follow the same
Returning Instructions above,
except that you must return the
product to the Associated
Seller's Shipping Address found
on your order's shipping package. It
is highly recommended that you
insure your return product no matter
what method of delivery you return
your order with.
If by chance you
have lost the original packing
material with the shippers address
please
email us or use our
contact
info to contact us with your
customer number, email address and
order number and we would be pleased
to provide you the necessary
information to help you complete
your return to the Associated
Seller. Please include a short note
either on the back of the packing
slip or a piece of paper, this would
greatly speed up the exchange and or
