Payment Options
  Moviemat.com accepts the following payment types online for International orders: PayPal only with confirmed address or International Money Orders see International Orders for details. For Canadian & USA orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB.

  Phone: Call our toll-free numbers and have your credit card handy. Fax: Fax us an order with the credit card and expiration date.
  Mail: Send in a copy of your order with your credit card information, check, money order, or gift certificate.
  Currently, we are unable to accept gift certificates as a payment type online. A gift certificate can be redeemed at our store or by sending it by mail.
Taxes
  Please note that orders leaving our Store or any one of our online partner sellers are subject to taxes based on the shipping destination.

For orders shipped in Canada, taxes are applied according to the rate table below. Taxes are applied to the order total, including shipping and handling charges. In all provinces, books are taxed at 5%. Since we are an Ontario based business we are not legally obligated to collect PST for shipments to address in other provinces, as a resident of a province other than Ontario you are obligated to remit the PST for your province you reside in for all purchases from our site.

All orders are shipped by ground methods. Shipping times depend on the destination and can range from 3 to 10 business days in the Canada. And shipments to
Continental U.S. can take between 5 to 15 business days to arrive. Deliveries to the Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories and non-continental U.S.A. can take up to 3 to 5 weeks.

Expedited Shipping Services
  We are currently working on adding an automated expedited shipping service to our Web site. However, if you would like to receive your order faster, you may choose to upgrade your shipping method while at the check out page. At the present time we offer an additional flat fee of $20.00 per order to expedite your order, in most case this will cover the cost to upgrade your shipping method to one of our courier services (i.e. Purolator or Priority Post). At the check out you can change the "shipping method" from "Best-Way Ground" to "Premium Shipping" service. The shipping rate will be increased by $20.00 on your order.

For U.S. delivery we do not offer expedited shipping service, if you change the shipping method at the check our page your credit card will not be charged for the service and we will still ship best way ground only.

Shipping times may vary slightly, depending on the shipping destination

If you wish to have your order sent through one of these methods, please state this in the "Special Instructions (Optional)" box at the checkout and we will be happy to get back to you with shipping quotes and times. To help speed up this process, make sure we have the correct e-mail or telephone information listed with your login information.

Out-of-stock Items & Special Orders
  If an item is not available i.e. Out of Stock or Special Order, you will be notified when we send the confirming shipping notice to you via email. Back orders will be sent to you as soon as stock is received. Only at that time will you be charged for the product and you will not be charged twice for shipping and handling. Your shipping charge is based on what we ship you not your total order, if there is a back order your shipping charge will be the difference from the original order amount shipping charge and the back order value that is being shipped.

If you do not wish to wait for your special order or out of stock item you can simply reply to the confirming email that you wish to have your order cancelled.

It is important to note that the expected date of arrival is estimated and that we cannot guarantee the date. Please check your order status regularly.

Sending a Gift?
  If you would like the packing slip to be sent to the recipient without prices or rather have the packing slip sent directly to you, please fill in your wishes in the "Special Instructions (Optional)" box in the checkout screen. Unfortunately until you have been a confirmed customer for over 90 days we can not charge your Credit Card and send it to a different address other than your own address associated to your credit card. Once you have been a customer for over 90 days from your first order we would be happy to send all your gifts anywhere you want.

This policy has no exceptions due to the fact that fraud happens every where.
