Moviemat Customer Account Information for Internet Accounts

Site Registration
	You are welcome to shop on our Web site without registering; however, as a registered shopper, you may access the contents of your shopping cart from any computer using your personalized login. You may also check the status of current and past orders online. You can register at any time by clicking on "Login", found at the top left of any page. Once you register, your personal ordering information will be saved and protected with your password. This will save time when you place a subsequent order. Please note: Your 1st order must go to the same address as your credit card statement is mailed to, once you have become a established 45 day old (date from your 1st order) customer then your orders may be sent to an address of your choice. Payment method information i.e. credit card number must be re-entered with each order at the checkout page, we don't store any customer's credit card numbers on our servers as a security precaution.
Updating Your Account Information
	Your account information can be updated at any time by clicking on "Sign In" at the left side of any page. Enter your email address and password and then click on "Sign In". A welcoming page will open with several options that will allow you to update your settings and preferences at any time.
Online Order Information
	You can check the status of all your past online orders right on our Web site. After you have signed in, click on "View Order Status and History" and your online order history will be listed along with the corresponding order dates. Click on the "View" to view its details. The list of products and ship dates are displayed and, for items that have yet to be shipped, their expected ship date will be shown. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will also be available via "Track" under shipment.
Forgot Your Password?
	If you have forgotten your password, Click on "Sign In" on the right side of any page. Then click on "Forgot Your Password?", enter the email address registered to your on line account and click "Continue". Your password will be sent to your registered email account. If by chance the email address you originally registered with is no longer valid then you will have to contact us directly at (613) 432-7010 or email info@moviemat.com for assistance during normal business hours. If you can't wait for customer service to take care of this problem for you, you can create a new account for shopping with your new email address. Please Note: When you create a new account you will lose all of your previous purchase history and your 1st order must go to the same address as your credit card statement is mailed to, once you have become a established 45 day old (date from your 1st order) customer then your orders may be sent to an address of your choice.
