Registering as an International
Customer |

Registering and
shopping as an International
customer is much the same as if you
were from the Canada or the United
States. However, when you register,
we ask that you fit your complete
address in the two address lines
provided |

Shipping |

Shipping and
handling charges for overseas orders
are based on the destination country
and the total weight of the order.
Unfortunately, we do not have an
automated system to calculate
International shipping charges.
However, we will be more than happy
to review your order and send you an
e-mail with shipping charges and
expected delivery times for the
shipping methods available.
Please note that the prices we
quote do not include any customs or
duty charges applicable to your
order. Please see Customs & Duties
below for more information.
To help speed up this
process, please be sure to enter
your e-mail address correctly with
your login information. Your order
will not leave our warehouse nor
will you be charged for anything
until we receive an e-mail back from
you confirming your preferred
shipping method. |

Your order may be
subject to customs and duties
(taxes) which are payable, by you,
upon receipt of the order.
Unfortunately, we have no control
over these charges nor are we able
to estimate what they would be as
they vary from country to country.
You may want to check with your
local Customs Department for more
information or for an estimate of
these charges. |

For all
international orders we only accept
International Money Order and
PayPal as form of payment to
PayPal confirmed addresses only.
You must proceed to the check out
page and us your credit card to
complete your purchase, we do not
charge your credit card. You will
receive an email from us with the
shipping total and confirmation of
order amount, if you agree with the
amount and still wish to receive the
product from us we will send you a
PayPal Invoice via email to
complete the order.
If you don't wish to
use
PayPal or don't have an account
with them (it's very safe and easy
to set up an account), you can send
us an international money order in
the total amount in Canadian funds.

us. We will hold your order for
10 days from confirmation via email
you have agreed to the total
purchase amount, after 10 days the
product will be made available again
on our site and we can't guarantee
it will be available. |

Out-of-Stock Items |

All the products
listed on our site are also
available in our store, and because
of this sometimes you might place an
order for an item that has just sold
out in the store. If by chance this
happens you will be notified via
email that after confirming stock to
ship your order that the item is out
of stock.
You will be asked if you wish to
have the complete order back ordered
until the new stock arrives at the
store or if you wish to cancel your
complete order. Because of the
shipping cost to international
destinations we will not ship back
orders by themselves. We try to ship
your order complete unless you have
specified to us via email you want
us to ship what we have in stock now
and cancel the back order. We try
not to give estimates when stock is
going to arrive at the store as it
never arrives when it's suppose to. |
